Best Deal on Sony KDL 40W5500

Sony KDL-40W5500
Lush TV and spotted a cracking deal for it. Considering that Amazon are normally price leaders whenever I look I was suprised to see that not only were digital direct £70 cheaper ( well less when delivery is accounted for), but also what clinches it is the free 4 year warranty.

That's the sitaution at the time of writing but I'm keeping the Amazon link here in case they do a price drop or it goes out of stock at digitaldirect.co.uk (direct link to KDL40W5500 page)

BUYING AN LCD TV

Buying a flat screen, LCD TV can be quite confusing. There are so many opinions out there about what is most important in a TV. I am going to try and whittle out all the noise and figure out what is the best choice of LCD TV at the moment.
