Considering how much I paid for my Samsung LED TV, this deal left me feeling a bit sick to be honest !

It's always going to be like that when you buy any type of technology (including cars!!), the best thing to do is forget and never look at the prices again until the next time you actually need to buy that new TV.

As this article in The Telegraph elaborates, nobody pays full price anymore, and it is not taboo to talk about it ! The survey suggests that 8 out of 10 people have declined to buy something if it's not on a discount.

I think with a big purchase like a TV that figure must be even higher !!

All the big brands - TESCO, Ryanair, easyJet, Amazon etc etc got where they are by being big discounters - that's just the way things are these days.
