Buy a SONY TV now due to weak pound

Weak pound means now is the time to buy a digital TV

More evidence from the BBC this time, that right now is probably as good a time as any to buy an LCD TV.

Normally electronic goods are deflationary meaning due to the fast advances in technology, like when you buy a new car, whatever you buy will always lose a lot of value fast.

but with the pound so low and electronic firms making losses, I reckon now is the time to buy a new TV. The final piece in the perfect storm is that retailers are so desperate for sales they are cutting their margins or offering extended warranties.

Buying a flat screen, LCD TV can be quite confusing. There are so many opinions out there about what is most important in a TV. I am going to try and whittle out all the noise and figure out what is the best choice of LCD TV at the moment.
